My name is Coach Johnny Foss and I am now in my fourteenth season with the mighty Stingrays. I am also the Head Swimming & Diving Coach at McNeil High School and have been for the last thirteen seasons. Even though I have had the opportunity to train and coach with some elite levels of swimming, I love the opportunity to help and encourage the development of grass-roots swimming. The NWSC is a recreational league that hopes to provide access to the greatest sport in the world...Swimming. My focus here at the Stingrays is to help young boys and girls learn a sport that will make them healthier, stronger, more confident and more social individuals. The sport of swimming provides access to an extremely large family of people who are focused on improving themselves. That is our true focus here at the Stingrays. Get better today and have fun doing it. Bettering yourself everyday will always put you on a positive and productive path in life. And, the sport of swimming is an activity in which you can participate your entire life. For these reasons I truly believe I have dedicated my life to the greatest sport in the world...SWIMMING! See you in the pool!
